We have recently upgraded our P.A.S.S. security protocols to allow retailers access to directly access the P.A.S.S. list
free as always.
Terms of use:
You will be provided with a unique password to enable you to gain access to our player list of approved members.
If a player has not yet been added to the system, this can be caused by either background checks or time lag as we are busy.
As a note it is a retailers responsibility to verify the defence for our members directly to us and not the customer you are trying to sell r.i.f.'s to.
You as a retailer have strict criteria under the v.c.r.b. 2006 to check the validity of any players defence directly with the site operators and not the customer, it is illegal to do thus so, as in some cases potential customers may not be approved under P.A.S.S. but still are a member, the defence is given once back ground checks and identity validation has been conducted by s.w.a.t. - IF WE FIND THAT YOU ARE SELLING DIRECTLY WITHOUT VARIFICATION FROM P.A.S.S. OR S.W.A.T. WE WILL LOCK YOUR ACCESS AND REPORT THE BREACHES IN THE LAW TO THE TRADING STANDARDS OFFICE LOCAL TO YOUR BUSINESS AND POINT OUT A BREACH IS "THE ILLEGAL SALE OF R.I.F.'s."
If your customer (our member) wishes to purchase a replica firearm from you, we can validate the defence by either email or phone call if they are not on the system, obtaining copies or images of a membership card is not a solid form of verification as some members may have not achieved a defence under p.a.s.s. or has been disavowed for other reasons.
This is conducted by the retailer obtaining our password which will only be provided directly to a retailer with a recognised email address.
Retailers please email us directly to obtain your password to access P.A.S.S.
If any player requires information regarding another member’s defence please email me directly.
Our registered members are also listed within this web.
The players that have served their probationary period are approved by way of a date which is to the right of their name.

If the member has not been approved no date will be on the web page next to the name,
And MUST NOT
be sold replica airsoft guns.
In the event of a player being under the age of 18 years of age, the date will not be placed until they are 18, And they have provided the appropriate identification for us to confirm their identity, in any event they are not P.A.S.S. approved.
We have over 1000 players on our system, if you would like to be linked from this P.A.S.S. website, please send a request over to us, so we can add your business to our link page.
This links page will draw traffic to you the retailer and ultimately may lead to additional sales.
The link will be in a form of a banner from your own website.
These links are free, and as you are more likely to use P.A.S.S. this helps the many players also.
