Members & new players of S.W.A.T. airsoft

It is our legal requirement to ensure that all customers being registered as a member must follow the following criteria.
1. Any players over the age of 18 are allowed to buy black replica airsoft guns under the following procedure.
2. Is registered to S.W.A.T. airsoft limited as a member and carries a membership number.
3. Has attended 3 venue games meetings within 2 month “being the probationary period” ONLY S.W.A.T. SITES.
4. Has been verified by means of identification such as a driving license or passport and utility bills or other proofs of address.

Any players under the age of 18 will be on our members master list but will not be approved until they are 18 years of age and have completed their probationary period and provided identification once they have reached the age of 18.

Membership notes

Memberships:
1. All members upon being granted membership with S.W.A.T. will be required to sign a player declaration, which will be held by S.W.A.T. we also have a fast track membership system called HITMAN which allows attendance to be stored electronically.
2. Membership is free.
3. All players will receive a membership card carrying the code SAM then a five digit number, this being their membership number for example SAM00001
4. S.W.A.T. reserve the right to cancel memberships without notice and without reason:
5. Membership does grant certain privileges, such as game fee discounts and special events that we host upon occasion.


Privacy

S.W.A.T. has produced a list of verified members which their name and number will be shown.
No other details are required to be placed on public display, if a retailer needs additional information they can contact our office direct for the second stage of security verification, such as address and post code, date of birth etc: The retailer must provide us with the address they hold for the customer for us to verify.
